HITECH Development has begun the implementation of the elite Friday residential complex in the Zamoskvorechye district of Moscow. As the developer's press service told Stroitelnaya Gazeta, the highlight of the building will be a sculpture by artist Dashi Namdakov, presented in the parallel programme of the Venice Biennale 2022.
The work, made from noble brass, will become the central element of the building, embodying the archetypal images of fire and horse. This artistic accent gives the entire complex not only aesthetic appeal but also exclusivity.
The three-storey villas (three in total) champion a philosophy of living where art, design, and comfort merge into a single whole. Today's de luxe residential complexes are often associated with laconic, austere forms, but this project offers a completely different approach, raising the bar to a new level.
"We have managed to create a unique space where every element has its own significance and symbolism. Friday is a symbiosis of inspiration, comfort, and aesthetics," commented Ildar Giniyatov, co-founder of Parsec bureau.
The company added that each villa will have a separate entrance, its own access to a two-level mechanised parking, and a terrace. Each apartment features a master bedroom, children's bedrooms, walk-in wardrobes, a living room with fireplace, a study, and a dining area. Utility rooms, a sauna, and a staff room are located in the underground section.
