A special vibration-isolation material was used in the construction of the foundation of a residential building in central Moscow.

The Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee (Mosgosstroynadzor) confirmed the completion of the zero-cycle construction works at the Friday Villas site in Zamoskvorechye. The announcement was made by the Committee’s Chairman, Anton Slobodchikov, following an on-site inspection.

During the construction of the underground section, the developer used the high-tech vibration-isolation material Sylomer.

“The uniqueness of Sylomer lies in its special composite structure, which enables it to function simultaneously as both a spring and a damper. After installing the material, we carried out screeding, reinforcement, and the pouring of the foundation slab. Only a meticulous approach and strict adherence to the prescribed construction sequence can ensure the long-term reliability of this structural element,” said Mikhail Dobrov, Technical Director of Hitech Development.

Hitech Development has now begun pouring the reinforced concrete structure of the above-ground portion of the building and has already reached the level of the second floor.
