The Chalet Office Complex on Pyatnitskaya Has Passed State Expert Review

Next comes the building permit. The developer is HITECH Development. Commissioning is scheduled for Q4 2027.

The Chalet office complex on Pyatnitskaya Street has received its state expert review conclusion, as announced by the press service of HITECH Development.

The complex was designed by architectural bureau GA and includes two buildings of 3 and 4 storeys. They will house 8 office lots, retail spaces, a spa zone with a pool, a restaurant, and underground parking. The total area of both buildings is 3,711 sq.m.

The facade design takes into account the location of the buildings. The first building, facing Pyatnitskaya Street and Golikov Lane, will receive a restrained finish to harmonise with the historic development. The second building, standing deeper within the block, will be executed in a more contemporary style: its dynamic volume and intersecting planes are combined with the classical rhythm of windows.
