Presentation of the Friday Villas project

Hitech Development has announced the launch of the Friday Villas project on Pyatnitskaya.

In the very heart of Moscow, on the historic Pyatnitskaya Street, among residential buildings, HITECH Development will build three private villas. Each villa will have its own private lift, terrace, and parking. The average area of the urban villas will be 280 sq.m.

On 22 November, a presentation of the Friday Villas project took place. Sales Director Svetlana Sokolova and co-founder of Parsec bureau Ildar Giniyatov spoke about the advantages of the complex.

"The main highlight of the building is a unique sculpture created by artist Dashi Namdakov. The work, made from noble brass, will become the central element of the building, embodying the archetypal images of fire and horse. This artistic accent gives the entire complex not only aesthetic appeal but also exclusivity," commented Giniyatov.

Another advantage of the project is the presence of a nearby SPA complex with a 15-metre pool and fitness hall — a necessary attribute for recovery and maintaining health in an urban environment.

"Friday Villas is distinguished not only by outstanding architecture but also by advanced engineering solutions," noted HITECH Development.

The Friday Villas project is not simply a new home — it is a work of art, where every element, from architecture to interior details, is created with attention to detail.

The completion of the villas is planned for early 2027.

"We are proud to present a complex that will set the standard for deluxe real estate. We are confident that the project will become a true gem of Moscow and Zamoskvorechye," emphasised HITECH Development Sales Director Svetlana Sokolova.
